You can sign in to the Anaplan Add-on for Google Sheets with basic authentication (your Anaplan account email address and password) or with single sign-on (SSO).

You must install the Anaplan Add-on for Google Sheets before you can sign in.

When you sign in to the Anaplan add-on, you must first enter the email address associated with your Anaplan account. Then Anaplan detects if your account uses one of these login methods:

  • Basic authentication (your Anaplan account email address and password)
  • SSO
  • Both basic authentication and SSO

Note: Self Service Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) must be configured to sign in to the add-on with Single Sign-On (SSO). Talk to your tenant administrator to confirm if Self Service SAML is configured. If Self Service SAML isn't configured, sign in with your Anaplan account email address and password.
