There are many functions to help you slice-and-dice your data and obtain the views that you need. Those views can rapidly be converted to charts to highlight significant insights in the data.

Pivoting your data enables you to examine different influences. You can hide portions of data, manipulate a smaller data set, and then show all data again. You can also drill down through the data to transaction level. The Breakback function enables you to try various values to see the effect of changing, say, a projected sales figure. Those values can be held, using the Hold function. And, of course, you can filter and sort your data.

Depending on what is selected, these options will display:

  • Pivot
  • Selections
  • Hide/Show
  • Breakback
  • Hold
  • Drill down
  • Filter
  • List Filter
  • Sort
  • Search
