Rich text is available in text cards on report pages. You can select a base style for a selected paragraph of text and override alignment. You can also format a selection of characters with color and character style.

To select a paragraph style for all text in a card, or a selected paragraphs of text:

  1. Select the card, or select paragraphs of text:
    • If you want to style a paragraph of text, click on the paragraph of text to place the text cursor, without selecting any characters.
    • If you want to style many paragraphs of text, select multiple paragraphs. 
  2. In the toolbar, select a format from the Style dropdown:
    • Title
    • Subtitle
    • Normal
    • Instructions
    • Heading 1
    • Heading 2
    • Heading 3
  3. Select how you want to align the paragraph from the Alignment dropdown list: left , center , right , or justified .
With the cursor in a text box, the Style menu is open on the toolbar, with a list of available styles.

You can then override this paragraph style for a selection of characters, with color, and character style.

To format a selection of characters:

  1. Select text on the card.
  2. Select format options from the toolbar. Optionally:
    • Select a color for the text from the Color dropdown list.
    • Apply or remove character formatting: bold , italic , underline , and strikethrough .
