You can log in to your Anaplan mobile app with touch recognition, via the login page or the menu icon.

Android

To enable touch recognition via the login page:

  1. Log in as a non-SSO user.
    A dialog displays to ask if you want to use your device's biometrics.
  2. Tap OK.
    If you have enabled biometrics on your device, a dialog displays a login option for touch recognition.
  3. Use the fingerprint sensor on your device.
    If successful, this opens the mobile app on the home screen.

To enable touch recognition via the menu icon:

  1. Log in as a non-SSO user.
  2. Tao the menu icon in the top-left of the screen.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Go to Enable biometrics and move the toggle to the right.
    This opens a dialog for you to enter your Anaplan password.
  5. Tap Submit.
    This opens a dialog to authenticate your fingerprint.
  6. Use the fingerprint sensor on your device.
    This enables touch recognition.
    We'll ask you to log in via biometrics each time you return to the mobile app.

iOS

To enable Touch ID via the login page:

  1. Log in as a non-SSO user.
    A dialog displays to ask if you want to enable Touch ID.

  1. Tap OK.
    A dialog displays to confirm Touch ID is enabled.
    You can now log in to your Anaplan mobile app with Touch ID.

To enable Touch ID via the menu icon:

  1. If you have not already done so, log in as a non-SSO user.
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top-left of the screen.
    The menu page displays.
  3. Go to Enable Touch ID and move the toggle to the right.
    If successful, Touch ID is enabled.
    We'll ask you to log in via biometrics each time you return to the mobile app.

  1. Enter the password that you use for your non-SSO user login credentials.

Your device may also permit face recognition. See Log in with face recognition for further details.

Touch recognition is available only to non-SSO users.

To set up a login with touch recognition, you must first:
