You configure how you log in when you install the add-in.
Note: You're automatically logged out of the add-in after 25 minutes of inactivity, or when you close Excel.
Fix log in issues
If the failed login message displays, your username and/or password have not been recognized. Check that you've entered your password correctly. If your password is correct, check that your computer is connected to the internet. If you're still unable to log in, contact Anaplan Support
