  4. Enable or disable the Excel Add-in

You can disable series 3 of the Excel Add-in to hide the Anaplan ribbon. The Add-in remains installed on your computer.  To show the ribbon again, enable the Add-in. 

To enable or disable the Excel Add-in:

  1. In Excel, select the File tab.
  2. Click Options.
    The Excel Options dialog displays.
  3. Click Add-ins.
  4. Choose Excel Add-ins from the Manage dropdown menu at the bottom of the dialog, and click Go.
    The Add-ins dialog displays.
  5. Select  the Anaplan Excel Add-in checkbox to enable the Add-in, or deselect it to disable the Add-in.
  6. Click OK.

If you want to permanently remove the add-in, you should uninstall rather than disable it.
