If you encounter any problems with the app, make sure you have upgraded to the latest version. If you still require help and need to contact Anaplan Support, you will need the version number. This is found in About this version.
To use the Help options:
- Click the menu in the top-left of the screen.
- Click Help.
- Select the link that best suits your needs.
This takes you out of the mobile app. A browser page opens on your mobile that links to the landing page of the Help section you selected.
