The model settings bar displays both icons and labels when you first open a model in the New Modeling Experience. You can select the double-chevron
If you close the model, the next time you open a model the bar will be as you left it.
Select the setting you want to configure.
|Table of contents||Display the Contents panel.|
|Model search||Search for model components such as modules, dashboards, line items, and list names.|
|Time||Set your company's fiscal calendar and time ranges.|
|Versions||Use versions to compare different scenarios in a model. Add new versions, configure the current version, and set switchover dates.|
|General lists||Use lists to group related items in a model. You can create lists that can contain people, products, and regions.|

|Line item subsets||Group a subset of line items from one or more modules into a single list.|
|Users||Create model roles, and define how users access model features and data.|
|Actions||Automate routine tasks such as imports and exports by creating actions and processes. Processes are sequences of actions.|
|Source models||Define a source model to provide source data for multiple models across a number of workspaces. This is useful for sites that deploy a data hub, or have multiple workspaces as part of application lifecycle management.|
|Revision tags||A snapshot of a model’s structural information at a point in time. When you or another user makes a structural change, you can save those changes in a revision tag.|
|History||See a detailed audit trail for all changes made to your model in its history.|
|Pages||See pages that contain data from a model. You can view details about a page and navigate to a page in the User Experience.|
|Contents||Configure the Table of contents panel. The Contents panel helps people to see the dashboards and modules that are available to them.|

|Data tags||Group different types of information together by applying data tags to objects in your models. You can then search for tagged data by keyword.|
|Model map||See a high-level view of a model's structure, the data flow through the model, and the relationships between modules in a model.|
