Configure context selectors for Microsoft 365

To configure a card template:

1. Select Edit this page to open your page in designer mode. 
2. Hover over your card and select Edit .
3. For cards inserted as data, on the Overview tab of the Card configuration panel, select a View, and:
   1. On the Select data source panel, select Module views.
   2. Choose a module view or Default view. 
   3. Select Update.
4. For grid cards, on the Grid tab, you can:
   • Toggle Allow editing to set your card as editable or non-editable in the add-in.
   • Toggle Allow pivot.
   • Specify a Row height and Column width.
5. On the Context tab of the Card configuration panel:
   1. For any context selectors you want your users to be able to change in the add-in:
      1. Toggle Sync on selection and Sync with page to the left. 
      2. Under Show on card, choose Selector.
   2. For any context selectors you do not want your users to be able to change in the add-in:
      1. Toggle Sync on selection and Sync with page to the right. 
      2. Under Show on card, choose Off.
6. Select Publish.

In the image below, Sync on selection and Sync with page are disabled, while Selector is set to display on the card. In the add-in, context selectors can be changed when a card is selected. 

In the image below, Sync on selection and Sync with page are enabled, and no items are shown on the card. In the add-in, context selectors cannot be changed when a card is selected.
