Select checkboxes

Select of deselect a checkbox to change the data display.

Warning: Changing a checkbox may affect data in other columns.

Prerequisites:

You have been granted permission to edit data by a model builder. Editable cells contain purple text.

To select a checkbox, tap it so that:

a green-encircled tick flashes to confirm the change;
a tick displays in the checkbox;
and the grid updates to reflect your selection.

To deselect a checkbox, tap it so that:

a green-encircled tick flashes to confirm the change;
the checkbox is empty;
and the grid updates to reflect your selection.

Department Summary grid card. Along the row for the second line item, a green tick displays in the checkbox for the column titled Reviewed. This confirms that the checkbox has been selected successfully.
