You can enable or disable filters in the Filters panel.

When a filter is disabled, it is still listed in the Filters panel, but the data is not filtered.

The eye icon next to the filter name indicates whether the filter will be enabled, or disabled, when you click Apply.

You must have added at least one filter in the Filters panel. 

To enable or disable a filter, on the Filters panel, select Hide filter or Show filter next to the filter name, then select Apply.
