Once you've created your source modules, you can include an export action for each module. The actions enable you to export your source data into your data collection.  

Open the source module you for the data export, to pull into your data collection.
Your source modules contain the historical data, related data, and attributes modules. 

To create an export action:

  1. In your source module, select Data>Export.
  2. Select Layout.
  3. For Export format, select the comma separated values (.csv) file type. 
  4. In the section What to include/Exclude:
    • Select Omit empty rows for Historical data, or
    • Select Include empty rows for Related data or Attributes.
  5. Select Omit summary items

6. Under Labels, select Include row headers.

    • For a regular list, select Include Row Level Headers.
      • Select Name from the dropdown beneath Choose Whether to Export Names, Codes and / or Properties.

7. Select Save export definition.

8. Click Run export.
