On the Models page, you can filter your models using the Filter panel on the right-hand side.

Tenant administrators create and assign model categories, and model category values. Your tenant administrator must assign a model to a category for it to be included in a filter. A Category filter is a custom filter type created by a tenant administrator. Once created you can filter your displayed models using category drop-downs.
Where category filters exist for your models, these display as headings in the Filter panel.
Via the Filter panel, you can filter your models by:
- Workspace
- Mode
- Status
- Category
Filter models by workspace
To filter models by workspace, select the workspace you want to filter your models by from the Workspace drop-down list.
You can also enter a key term in the search field to narrow the number of workspaces that display in the drop-down list.
Filter models by mode
Models have different modes depending on their stage of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
Under the Mode heading you have the option to filter models by the modes Standard, Deployed, and Locked.
To filter your models by model mode, select the checkbox next to the mode by which you want to filter models.
Filter models by status
Under the Status heading you have the option to filter models by whether the models are Online or Offline.
To filter models by status, select the checkbox next to the status by which you want to filter the models.
Filter models by category
Where category filters exist for your models, you can filter by category values.
For example, your tenant administrator might create categories such as:
- Business function
- App
- Environment
- Geography
- Planning cycle
Note: Your tenant administrators can change these categories, and add or remove models from a category.
These custom categories display as headings with a chevron to the left. You can select a category to display the values the tenant administrator has assigned underneath.
Geography, for example, might have the category values:
- AMER
- APAC
- EMEA
To filter models by category:
- Select the category you want to filter by.
The category values display beneath the category. - Select the checkbox next to the category value by which you want to filter models.
Only models assigned to the category values you select display.
Reset model filters
Once you've applied a filter, you may clear all active filters and reset the view to exhibit all models. Select the Reset all button in the top right-hand corner of the Filters pane, to perform this action.
