Receive in-product notifications directly from the Anaplan mobile app.
View notifications
Although you can receive notifications on your mobile device, you can only view report pages from your desktop browser.
New notifications are shown by a red dot on the Menu icon in the top left of the screen. To view your notifications, tap the Menu icon and then tap Notifications.
Notifications display any messages sent to your Anaplan user account.
This includes:
- When someone mentions you in a comment
- When another user shares a page with you
- Integration notifications
Note: When you select a comment notification, the relevant conversation thread and context opens in the mobile app. All other notification types open outside of the app in a browser and are indicated by an external-link icon .
To mark a notification as read or unread, swipe the notification message to the left and tap the option displayed.
