You can update a member's access in a security profile.
To update a member's access in a security profile:
- Navigate to the Security module.
- Select the Security Profile Access tab.
- Select the profile to update from the dropdown list in the top left.
- Select the dimension/hierarchy combination to update from the Hierarchies panel.
- Select the role to update from the Roles panel.
- In the Members panel, you can update member access. Select Manage included members.

- Use the search bar to find specific members; otherwise, traverse the hierarchy tree by selecting the chevron next to the parent members.
- Select a member to set an access rule or update an existing access rule.
- When you have finished setting the member access rules, choose the Select button to continue.
- Select the Save icon on the toolbar to save the changes.
