The import action pulls predictions from PlanIQ forecast actions into your forecast results module.

To create the import action:

Download and open this CSV file, and follow the instructions below.
In your forecast results module (or module view), select Data>Import.
Select Upload New File... and upload the CSV file.
In the File Options dialog, select Everyone from the Set Default File dropdown.
See the File Options screenshot below for an example.
Select Dot from the Decimal Separator dropdown.
Select Next.
Confirm Yes in the next dialog (Set as Default Import file <Everyone>).
In the Mapping tab, set these items:
- Set the Source columns.
  This table shows which Source columns you should map to the Target items (see the Mapping tab screenshot below for an example):

Set the items in the Time tab (see the Time tab screenshot below for an example):
- In How to map the source data into the timescale, select Dates.
- In Patterns with Separators, select Y-M-D.
In the Forecast Action tab, make sure that Match on names or codes is selected.

Set the items in the Item ID tab (see the Item ID tab screenshot below for an example):
- Make sure that Match on names or codes is selected.
- Make sure that mapping is complete and accurate for the forecast item you applied.
- Items don't display if the item ID list exceeds 5,000 items.
Set the items in the Forecast Results Line Items tab (see the Forecast Results Line Items tab - without trend and seasonality screenshot below for an example):
- Select Map items manually.
- Select Ignore for every source item that starts with "PlanIQ".
  Alternatively, you can include all source items if you want to make trend and seasonality results available. See trend and seasonality for details.
Select Run Import.
