Upgrade Anaplan XL Reporting Web Edition

To backup Anaplan XL Reporting Web Edition completely,  take a full server backup and the SQL database where the data is stored. 

If a full server backup isn't available, you can back up:

• The installation files (usually found in C:\inetpub\wwwroot).
• The IIS configuration using the Microsoft tool appcmd.
• The SQL repository database.

The installation program will automatically detect and upgrade the current installation.
