Use to capture ownership by entity. create the ownership rate of the entity. This percentage is based on the level being consolidated, so it can be different for consolidation groups.  

The ownership percentages are used in Consolidation Formulas which are in turn used in Repartition rules to ultimately define the Consolidation rules.

To access the form:

  1. Select the Maintain module.
  2. Select Ownership Percentage from the Consolidation card. 

You can create, delete, refresh, and save ownership percentages.

The pre-configured ownership percentages included in your Financial Consolidation model:

  • Pown: Represents the percentage of ownership for an entiry. 
  • Pcon: The final percentage of control. This value indicates whether a parent has real control over a subsidiary. 
  • Pmin: Represents the minority percentage. It's the calculated share of a subsidiary's equity owned by parties other than the parent company. It's also known as the Non-Controlling Interest.

To create an ownership percentage:

  1. Select the Create icon from the toolbar. 
  2. Enter a name and caption.
  3. Select the Ownership Percentage Type from the dropdown.
  4. Choose True or False under Activate. 
  5. Select the Save icon.

You can delete, refresh, and save the Ownership Percentage form. 

You can sort and filter the columns. 

Select the ellipsis on a row to create, deactivate or activate, duplicate, or delete the row.
