Create a new and duplicate an existing tax rate using the form.

Create a new tax rate

To create a new tax rate using the form:

  1. Select Create New from the top-right toolbar menu.
    A new blank rule appears.
  2. Enter name and caption for the tax rate.
  3. Select either Active or Inactive.
  4. Select Save once you have entered all the details.

Duplicate ‌tax rate

You can duplicate a tax rate to make the creation of new tax rates that are similar to the current rate quicker and simpler.

To duplicate a Tax Rate, right-click the header and select Duplicate. This creates a duplicate tax rate along with the details. The Tax Rate can then be edited and saved as required.
