Use the Contribution Details report to get the breakdown of an Entity's contribution to a consolidation group by audit.

Once you have selected the parameters, the report displays:

  1. Section 1: Audit hierarchies
    • Audit: It displays member tagged as #Local Reporting, #Corporate Adjustments, and #Consolidation Adjustments.
      If there's no data in these Audit groups, the system hides the columns.
    • Entity: For Local Reporting, the data for the Entity selected is displayed.
      For Consolidation Adjustment, the elimination entity data is displayed.
  2. Section 2: Entity
    • Audit: It displays Local Reporting + Corporate  Adjustments + Consolidation Adjustments.
  3. Section 3: Total Group
    • Audit: It displays member tagged as #Contribution.
    • Entity: It displays the parent of the Entity selected.
  4. Section 4: %
    • Audit: The % column shows  (Local Reporting + Corporate  Adjustments + Consolidation Adjustments) / Total Group.
RowsAccounts: Shows either Balance Sheet, Income Statement, or Cash Flow accounts, depending on the source report.
