You can sign in to the Google Add-on using the same email address and password that you use to sign in to Anaplan.

Self Service SAML must be configured in order to sign in to the Google Sheets Add-on with SSO. Talk to your tenant administrator to confirm if Self Service SAML is configured.

If Self Service SAML is not configured, sign in with your Anaplan email address and password.

You must use the same email address for both your Anaplan and Google accounts.

The first time you sign in after you install the add-on, you'll need to select the authentication type for the Google Sheets Add-on.

This page explains how to sign in using your standard Anaplan login details.

To sign in to the Google Sheets Add-on for the first time,  using your standard Anaplan login details:

  1. In Google Sheets, go to Add-ons > Anaplan Google Sheets Add-on, and click Show sidebar.
    The Anaplan sidebar displays.
  2. Click Sign in, at the bottom of the Anaplan sidebar.

  3. Read the terms and conditions and click I accept the terms in the License Agreement.
  4. Click Finish.
    The Sign in dialog displays.
  5. Enter your Anaplan username and password.
  6. Click Sign in.
    You're signed in to the Add-on.

To sign in using your standard Anaplan login details when you've signed in before:

  1. In Google Sheets, go to Add-ons > Anaplan Google Sheets Add-on, and click Show sidebar.
    The Anaplan sidebar displays.
  2. Click Sign in at the bottom of the sidebar.
    The Sign in dialog displays.
  3. Enter your Anaplan username and password.
  4. Click Sign in.
    You're signed in to the Add-on.
