The Data collection list displays information about your completed or in-process data collections.

You see:

  • Name
  • Updated time stamp
  • Created time stamp
  • Status (creating, ready, or failed)

For details, select a data collection and see the inspector panel on the right. Select the ellipsis menu for more options.

The menu has five options:

  • Rename: Changes the name of the data collection.
  • Rerun data collection: If there are any warnings or errors, you can rerun the data collection. The rerun may resolve them.
  • Cancel run: Cancels a data collection that is actively running.
  • Delete: Permanently removes the data collection.
  • Duplicate: Copies the data collection to edit its properties.
  • Contact support: Opens a dialog box that displays data collection technical details and a link to the Anaplan Support portal.

Data collection details 

Overview  
The Overview tab gives a summary of the key details about the data collection. It includes the supported forecast time interval, which can be daily, weekly, or monthly, and the timestamp of Last run, and which forecast models use the data collection. Insights status (Generated, Generating, Failed, or Unavailable) and the Last generated timestamp also display.

Field configuration 
Shows details such as line items mapped in the data collection. 

Errors 
A list of error messages generated during the data collection creation process display. 

Warnings
Warning messages generated during the data collection creation process display.
