Schedule a forecast action so it runs automatically. 

To schedule a forecast action: 

  1. In Forecast actions, select the forecast action to schedule.
  2. Go to the Schedule tab in the right-side panel, and select Create schedule.
  3. Select how often to run the forecast from Trigger frequency dropdown:
    • Daily: Complete the Start date, End date (optional), and Execute at time fields.
    • Weekly: Complete the Days of the week, Start date, End date (optional), and Execute at time fields.
    • Monthly: Complete the Start date, End date (optional), and Execute at time fields. Also select the schedule configurations, Date of every month or Weekday of every month, and then complete the schedule details.
  4. Select Save.
    The schedule details display in the panel. 

Select the ellipsis to edit, deactivate, or delete the schedule. 

Notes: 


  • All dates and times that display in the Forecast actions screen display in your local time.
  • While your forecast action runs, the scheduler doesn't trigger a simultaneous run (it gets skipped). Instead, the forecast action runs at the next scheduled time.
