.Net ランタイム インターフェースを取得できなかった

Microsoft Office のインストールのタイプを修正します。 

Anaplan XL を開くと次のメッセージが表示されます。

This Excel add-in requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.A problem occurred while attempting to load the .NET runtime:The .Net runtime interface could not be retrieved.This is an unexpected error.Please report this error to the add-in developer.Additional error information:HRESULT 0x12980620

このエラーは、コンピューターにインストールされている Microsoft Office ではなく、オンデマンド バージョンの Microsoft Office を使用しているために発生します。Anaplan XL は現在このバージョンの Office と互換性がありません。
