From the Anaplan Data Orchestrator dataspace inventory screen, integration administrators can manage assigned dataspaces in their tenant.

Edit dataspaces

You can edit the name or the description of a dataspace. 

To edit a dataspace:

  1. Select Data Orchestrator from the top-left navigation menu.
  2. Hover over the dataspace you want to edit.
  3. Select the ellipsis icon and select Edit.
  4. Edit the Name or Description.
  5. Select Apply.

Delete dataspaces

You are unable to delete a dataspace if it contains objects. Make sure to delete these objects before you delete a dataspace:

  • Connections
  • Links
  • Source data
  • Transformation views

Note: Once you delete a dataspace, it can't be restored.

To delete a dataspace:

  1. Select Data Orchestrator from the top-left navigation menu.
  2. Hover over the dataspace you want to delete.
  3. Select the ellipsis icon and select Delete.
  4. Select Delete again to confirm.

Search for dataspaces

To search for a dataspace, use the Find... field.

Refresh data

To refresh the data on the dataspace inventory screen, select the Refresh icon .

Export dataspace inventory 

You can export the information displayed on the dataspace inventory screen as a CSV file. Select Export page as csv , then a CSV file downloads to your device.
