AI Administrators can monitor AI usage in the Usage tab.
Anaplan AI use is measured in AI credits. The charts in this page enable AI administrators to see:
- Total credits used
- Total interactions
- Average credits per interaction
You can also see overall credit usage by month, as well as active users by month, as well as monitor usage by user.
Note: When usage reaches the 80% threshold, users will see a warning message in the AI experience. Once usage reaches 100%, users will not be able to use Anaplan AI until the entitlement is renewed.
