The process involves executing the Conversion Calculation. It can be performed through various methods, including using the Run Task Form for both stand-alone and Run All calculations, as well as using Workflows. 

Before running the Conversion Calculation, ensuring the continuity schedule is in balance is important. There are a few ways to run the conversion process:

  • Stand-alone calculation using the Run Task Form
  • Run All calculation using the Run Task Form
  • Workflow

Conversion (Stand-Alone)

The conversion calculation can be run stand-alone using the Run Task form. When Conversion is selected, the form adapts dynamically to make the required selections obvious.

Run All  

The conversion calculation can also be run as part of the Run All process. The Run All process runs several calculations including:

  • Pre-Calculations (calculation on Value member in local currency)
  • Variation
  • Conversion
  • Consolidation
  • Calculation (Cash Flow)
  • Periodic Calculation from YTD
