Once you imported data into Anaplan Data Orchestrator and created source datasets, you can manage them from the Source data screen.
In Data Orchestrator, source datasets are identified by the source dataset icon .
View source datasets
To view the source datasets:
- Select Data Orchestrator from the top-left navigation menu.
- Choose a dataspace from the list.
- Select Source data from the left-side panel.
On the Source data screen, if you select a source dataset row, the dataset details and columns summary display in the right-side panel. If you select the source dataset link, it opens the dataset and displays a preview of the dataset rows and columns.
Toolbar options
Use the Find... search field to search for source datasets. To manage the data that displays on the Source data screen, use the options that display to the right of the search field.

| Close navigation panel | Close the navigation panel on the left of the Data Orchestrator screen. |
| Refresh | Refresh the Source data screen to display changes. |
| Delete | Delete a selected dataset. |
| Export page as CSV | Export the data that displays on the Source data screen. You can choose which columns you want to include in the export. |
| Filter | Filter the data that displays on the Source data screen. |
| Edit columns | Select which columns you want to display on the Source data screen. |
Dataset options
To manage a dataset, use the Options ellipsis icon located to the right of the dataset. Additional options display when you select the Options ellipsis icon . The options that display are:

| Rename | Rename the dataset. |
| Create transformation view | Create another transformation view with this dataset. |
| Sync data | Sync the data if you change the dataset. |
| Delete | Delete the dataset. You can't undo this action. |
| Export | Export the dataset as a CSV file. If your dataset exceeds 500 MB, separate files are created when you export the dataset. You can choose which file you want to download from the export. After you select Export, a download window displays at the bottom of the screen. When the export is complete, select Download next to the export name in the window, and then select the file you want to download. |
