Once you imported data into Anaplan Data Orchestrator and created source datasets, you can manage them from the Source data screen.

In Data Orchestrator, source datasets are identified by the source dataset icon .

To view the source datasets:

  1. Select Data Orchestrator from the top-left navigation menu.
  2. Choose a dataspace from the list.
  3. Select Source data from the left-side panel.

On the Source data screen, if you select a source dataset row, the dataset details and columns summary display in ‌the right-side panel. If you select the source dataset link, it opens the dataset and displays a preview of the dataset rows and columns.

Use the Find... search field to search for source datasets. To manage the data that displays on the Source data screen, use the options that display to the right of the search field.

To manage a dataset, use the Options ellipsis icon located to the right of the dataset. Additional options display when you select the Options ellipsis icon . The options that display are:

Sync dataSync the data if you change the dataset.
DeleteDelete the dataset. You can't undo this action.
Export

Export the dataset as a CSV file.

If your dataset exceeds 500 MB, separate files are created when you export the dataset. You can choose which file you want to download from the export. After you select Export, a download window displays at the bottom of the screen. When the export is complete, select Download next to the export name in the window, and then select the file you want to download.
