When you run the Ultimate Rate Calculation, an audit trail is created. This page enables you to track and review the entire calculation process. It logs every step, decision, and adjustment made during the calculation, providing transparency and accountability. This ensures that all stakeholders can verify the accuracy and integrity of the final rate.
To view the audit log:
- Navigate to Explorer.
- Select and expand Global > Consolidation > Maintenance.
- Select Process Status to view the audit trail.
You can filter on the fl.UltimateRate task and select the View link for the trace log when you run this report.
This opens a report where you can see the new percentage of ownership (POWN) and the old percentage of ownership (E_Pown).

Select the parameters of the report:

| Method | Specify the new method set after running the Ultimate Rate Calculation. |
| E_Method | Specify the previous method that existed before running the Ultimate Rate Calculation. |
| Pown | Select the new percentage of ownership, which is the interest percentage set after running the Ultimate Rate Calculation. |
| E_Pown | Select the previous percentage of ownership that existed before running the Ultimate Rate Calculation. |
