Anaplan AI Credits provide a single, consumption-based way to access and pay for AI capabilities across the platform. Rather than licensing each AI feature under its own access fee, customers hold a balance of AI Credits that is drawn down as AI capabilities are used.

This page defines what AI Credits are and how they are consumed, what they entitle a customer to, and the offerings through which they are purchased.

What are Anaplan AI Credits? 

AI Credits are the units used to measure consumption of Anaplan AI capabilities. The number of AI Credits consumed varies based on the AI capability used and on the nature, volume, and complexity of the underlying activity. 

As new AI capabilities are released, they draw from the same balance, giving customers one place to plan, track, and expand their use of AI. 

Scope 

AI Credits are separate from Anaplan platform entitlements. They do not include core platform components such as workspace capacity or user licenses. AI capabilities consume credits, but they run on the platform resources a customer already owns. 

Consumption rates 

Anaplan may establish and update the applicable AI Credit consumption rates for its AI capabilities from time to time. Client may be subject to additional charges in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, or to service restrictions, in the event that Client's usage exceeds its annual usage cap. 

Offerings 

The offerings through which AI Credits are purchased, and the individual terms for each, are listed on the Terms and Conditions page. 

Daily Limits and Fair Use 

Daily consumption limits are initially established at default thresholds and are enforced pursuant to the Anaplan Fair Use Policy to maintain platform reliability, ensure equitable resource allocation, and optimize performance across all tenants. Anaplan reserves the right to adjust these daily limits from time to time based on platform utilization, capacity, and performance metrics. If an organization reaches its allocated daily limit, access to AI Products will be temporarily suspended for the remainder of the calendar day and will automatically reset at 00:00 UTC.
