You can clear all the data values from a workbook.
Navigate to Anaplan XL > Extras > Clear all data values. This clears all data in the grids and sets any Anaplan XL formulas to Working...
You can then save or publish the workbook. For a saved workbook, the numbers are retrieved once the workbook is loaded and the grids and formulas are refreshed. For a published report, the published file won't contain any data, and the numbers are be retrieved after the report is viewed in Web Edition.
