Enhance workflow efficiency by incorporating URLs into tasks, allowing for seamless access to internal and external resources directly from the Consolidation portal. 

Certain tasks, such as Data Input, Reporting, and Review tasks, enable you to add internal Consolidation links and external links. For example, a Maintenance task can contain various activity files, including input forms, Financial Consolidation links, and external links.

Enter a name, description, and an internal link from within the Consolidation portal to add consolidation links. The description is optional. A few examples of consolidation links are links to web admin forms, the Journals module, and workflow processes. The consolidation link you enter must only be the part after the main link.

For example, the main Consolidation link is: https://portal-qa.fluence.app/

If you want to link to the Configure Open Periods web admin form, the entire link to the web admin form is: https://portal-qa.fluence.app/maintenance/edit?form=Configure+Open+Periods .

You are only required to enter the part that comes after the main Anaplan link. ‌In the URL field, enter: /maintenance/edit?form=Configure+Open+Periods.
