Create a new and duplicate an existing country using the Tax- Countries form.

Create a country

To create a country using the form:

  1. Select Create New from the toolbar.
  2. Enter a name and caption for the country.
  3. Select either Active or Inactive.
  4. Select Save.

Duplicate a country

You can duplicate a country to create a country that is similar to an existing country.

To duplicate a country:

  1. Right-click the country header and select Duplicate. This creates a duplicate country along with the details.
  2. Edit the country as required and select Save.

Apply a country to an entity

Once the countries have been activated, the correct country can be assigned to an entity. 

This can be done by setting the country property on any entity member to the correct country name. Select the Country for an entity in the Dimension tab of the Model module. 

You can also use the Attribute Maintenance form in the Explorer module and search for the Global > Consolidation > Maintenance folders.
