Page builders with workspace administrator access can now manage App page permissions centrally.
The Manage Access page has been updated to be more intuitive. It also provides increased control and governance over pages that can be viewed and modified by other page builders.
Page Builders can now:
- Assign edit access to a particular page for a particular role, allowing them to define which roles can edit and which can only view. This means that users can be given the ability to create and modify pages, but can be prevented from changing any critical planning pages.
- See an overview of all permissions or a permission matrix based on a selected role or page.
All existing permissions and setup will remain unchanged.
