Set a value for the global variable to define the maximum number of records to load when you open a matching report or form:
- Select Explorer in the navigation pane.
- Expand Fluence > Administration folders and open the Global Variables form.
- Select the last row within the grid, then Add Row from the toolbar menu.
- Type MatchingExcelRecordsMaxLimit for the variable name and type a value.
- Select Save Data from the toolbar menu.
A confirmation message displays. - Close the file.
