Tenant administrators can assign internal and visiting users the AI administrator role.

Assign the role to internal users

You can assign the AI administrator role to internal users in your tenant.

To assign the AI administrator role to internal users:

  1. Select Administration from the top-left navigation menu.
  2. Select Users > Internal from the left-side panel.
  3. Select a user from the list.
  4. Select the Roles tab from the right-side panel.
  5. Turn on the AI Admin switch.

To unassign the role, turn off the AI Admin switch.

Assign the role to visiting users

You can assign the AI administrator role to visiting users invited to your tenant.

To assign the AI Administrator role to visiting users:

  1. Select Administration from the top-left navigation menu.
  2. Select Users > Visiting from the left-side panel.
  3. Select a user from the list.
  4. Select the Roles tab from the right-side panel.
  5. Turn on the AI Admin switch.

To unassign the role, turn off the AI Admin switch.
