Use Datasets Stat report to view the statistics for all defined datasets in the system during a specified date range. It shows all datasets, the total number of transactions, the breakdown of matched and unmatched transactions, and the last import date within each dataset. This report filters data based on two parameters: First Import Date and Last Import Date.
The Dataset Stat form displays all the datasets classified based on their Match Group. If a dataset is linked to more than one match group, it'll show up for all of them. The number of transactions that match will only show up for the associated match group.
To access the Datasets Stat form:
- Select Explorer in the navigation pane.
- Expand Fluence > Transaction Matching > Reports folders, and open the Stat - Datasets form.
- In the Select Parameters dialog box, select the First Import Date and Last Import Date to view the details of all transactions that occurred within that date range.
The fields in the Stat - Datasets form are as follows:
| Field | Description |
| Match Group | Name of the match group. |
| Description | Description of the Match Group. |
| Dataset | Name of the dataset. |
| Total Transactions | Total number of transactions in the dataset imported during the specified period. |
| Matched | Number of transactions in the dataset imported during the specified period and matched for the match group. |
| Unmatched | Number of transactions in the dataset imported during the specified period and aren't matched yet. |
| Last Import | This column displays the date and time of the latest data import within the selected date range. If there's no imported data within the selected date range, then the field is empty. |
