Use Matching Stat report to view the statistics for a specified match group within a selected date range. It shows all datasets linked to a match group, the total number of transactions in each dataset, and a breakdown of the matches based on their match type and confidence. This report filters data based on three parameters: Match Group, First Import Date, and Last Import Date.
The Matching Stat form displays the total number of transactions. This also displays the number of transactions based on their Match Status and Match Type, such as Unmatched, Manual, and Automatic. Automatic matches are further classified based on their Confidence, such as High, Medium, and Low. All these breakdowns are available as numbers and percentages.
Using this form helps you view the matching process's overall performance. For example, the form informs you of how many transactions or what percentage are unmatched or matched with low-confidence rules. These rules might need changes or manual matching.
To access the Matching Stat form:
- Select Explorer in the navigation pane.
- Expand Fluence > Transaction Matching > Reports folders, and open the Stat - Matching form.
- In the Select Parameters dialog box, select the Match Group, First Import Date, and Last Import Date to view the details of transactions of that Match Group and within that date range.
The fields in the Stat - Matching form are as follows:

| % (Low Confidence) | The percentage of transactions matched by a Low Confidence rule. |
| Automatic | Total number of automatically matched transactions. |
| % (Automatic) | The percentage of automatically matched transactions. |
| Manual | Total number of manually matched transactions. |
| % (Manual) | The percentage of manually matched transactions. |
| Unmatched | Total number of unmatched transactions. |
| % (Unmatched) | The percentage of unmatched transactions. |
Note: All statistics in this form are calculated for transactions that are imported during the specified date range into the dataset. For example, Total Transactions doesn't mean the total number of transactions in the Dataset. It means the total number of transactions that have been imported within the Dataset during the selected date range. The same is true for the statistics of Automatic, Manual, and Unmatched transactions.
