Use the Unmatched Transactions report to view the details of all unmatched transactions. This report filters data based on four parameters: Match Group, Dataset, First Import Date, and Last Import Date.

Select a Match Group and then select a Dataset associated with that Match Group. The date range narrows down the transactions to those imported during that period.

The ID, Date, Amount, Description, and Import Date are transaction-related information. The ID is retrieved from the ID column associated with the dataset in the Datasets form. The Date, Amount, and Description are retrieved from the Date, Amount, and Description columns associated with the dataset in the Match Group Datasets form, respectively. The Import Date is the date of when the transaction is imported into the transaction table.

The Age in Days is a calculated value that displays the total number of days between the transaction's import date and the present date. If the same transaction has been imported multiple times, the latest date is considered the import date. Once you've matched a transaction, you can't reimport it unless you've unmatched it first.

To access the Unmatched Transactions form:

  1. Select Explorer in the navigation pane.
  2. Expand Fluence > Transaction Matching > Reports folders, and open the Transactions - Unmatched form.
  3. In the Select Parameters dialog box, select the Match Group, Dataset, First Import Date, and Last Import Date.

Note: If you wish to delete all transactions displayed in the report, use the Delete button located in the top right corner of the form. After selecting it, select Refresh from the Form menu to view the updated form.
