Use Match Group Matches report to view all matched transactions along with their details. The report filters data based on five parameters: Match Group, Match Type, Match Rule, First Match Date, and Last Match Date.
To access the Match Group Matches form:
- Select Explorer in the navigation pane.
- Expand Fluence > Transaction Matching > Reports folders, and open the Match Group Matches form.
- In the Select Parameters dialog box, select the parameters to open the relevant matches:
- Match Group: Match groups are created by the administrator.
- Match Type: Options for match types are All Types, Manual, Automatic, and Manually Approved.
- Match Rule: Select All Rules within the match group or any specific rule defined for the match group.
- First Match Date: Select a date for a first possible matched transaction.
- Last Match Date: Select a date for a last possible matched transaction.
Note: To unmatch all matches displayed in the report, select the Unmatch button located in the top-right corner of the form. Once selected, go to the Form menu and choose Refresh to reload and view the updated form.
The fields in the Match Group Matches form are as follows:

| Match ID | System-generated unique match identifier. |
| Match Type | Type of match. The options are Automatic or Manual. |
| Confidence | Confidence of the match assigned to each rule. The options are High, Medium, or Low. For manual matches, it'll be Manual. |
| Dataset1 | Dataset used for the rule. |
| Dataset2 | Dataset used for the rule. |
| Subtotal1 | Subtotal of all transactions in the match in Dataset1. For One to One matches, it's the same as the Amount. |
| Subtotal2 | Subtotal of all transactions in the match in Dataset2. For One to One matches, it's the same as the Amount. |
| Variance | The match group rule defines the difference between Subtotal1 and Subtotal2. For example, if the rule compares the absolutes of two subtotals, the variance is the difference between the absolutes of the subtotals. |
| Rule Name | Name of the rule. |
| Details | Link to the Matching Details form. Select it to view all transaction details of a particular match. This includes Transaction ID, Amount, Date, and Description for both datasets. |
| Match Date | The date the transactions were matched. |
| User | Displays the name of the user for manual matches, and System for automatic matches |
