Tenant administrators can use the Administration console to unassign the Page Builder role from visiting users in their tenant.

The Page Builder role is the only administration role tenant administrators can unassign from visiting users.

Note: If a visiting users is a workspace administrator, workspace administrators can unassign this role within a model.

To unassign the Page Builder role from a visiting user: 

  1. Access the Administration console.
  2. Select Users > Visiting.
  3. Select a user from the list of visiting users. 
  4. Select the Roles tab from the right-hand panel.
  5. Deselect the Page builder checkbox.
  6. Select Save.
    A confirmation message displays to indicate the role update.
