In the Users > Visiting tab, select a user entry to view the relevant details. The Roles tab provides a view of the visiting user’s assigned roles and the workspaces with workspace administration permissions.

To view a visiting user’s assigned roles:

  1. In Visiting, select the user entry in the list.
  2. In the panel on the right-hand side, click the Roles tab.

The display shows the page builder and workspace administrator roles available to the user. If the user is assigned a role, the checkbox shows as selected. If the user is not assigned to either the page builder or workspace administrator role, the checkbox shows as deselected. Tenant administrators can assign roles to visiting users.
