An ADO Trigger task is a non-interactive workflow task. It's designed to initiate Anaplan Data Orchestrator (ADO), requesting it to either extract data from the Financial Consolidation client tables or transfer data into Anaplan Planning..

This task can be part of a larger FCR workflow that includes several different tasks and calculations. It can be used to trigger Anaplan Data Orchestrator to pull the final results from FCR.

Note: The same result can be achieved either by invoking Sync Data in Data Orchestrator or by using an Anaplan Planning workflow. In this scenario, the call is initiated from Financial Consolidation and Reporting.
