Intelligent Role-based Agents are Anaplan applications' conversational AI companions tailored to individual lines-of-business.

Anaplan Intelligent Role-based Agents are included with eligible versions of eligible applications until May 15, 2026. After this period Anaplan reserves the right to modify the terms of usage.

Clients who opt-in to Anaplan Intelligent Role-based Agents agree to the following terms:

  • Capacity constraint: Customers are entitled to a maximum of three (3) query activities per minute, per user, and 15 query activities per minute, per customer.
  • If Clients modify the Planning Module(s) included in their Order Schedule, Anaplan Intelligent Role-based Agents may not work.
  • Anaplan Intelligent Role-based Agents are a new feature with several innovations planned. Clients accept that there may be regular changes to Anaplan Intelligent role-based agent experience and performance.
  • Anaplan Intelligent Role-based Agent availability has no bearing on Anaplan’s SLA.
  • AI can make mistakes. When in doubt, verify results with a model or page builder on your team.
  • While Anaplan Intelligent Role-based Agents do work in some other languages, the don’t officially support languages other than English. This means that we cannot guarantee the quality of the answers that Anaplan Intelligent Role-based Agents give to non-English questions or to questions that reference non-English data. Using Anaplan Intelligent Role-based Agents in a language other than English may cause incorrect results, use at your own risk.
  • Anaplan reserves the right to audit and amend the terms for the Anaplan Intelligent Role-based Agents subscription at any time.
