The Anaplan Contact Center Planning application helps organizations optimize capacity planning in their contact/service centers. The planned population covers the client’s planned contact center staff, including all agents assigned to contact centers, contact center managers, workforce planners, contact center employees, external, contingent and temporary contact center staff.
The application supports position-based planning to anticipate and respond to workforce needs driven by business cycles and operational changes.

Licensing and scope
This application does not increase user counts, workspace capacity, or features.
Prerequisites
An active subscription to HR Participants or Workforce Planning is required to deploy and use the Contact Center Planning application.
Entitlements
Any entitlements afforded under the Anaplan Subscription Agreement are for exclusive deployment and use of the subject application.
The following entitlements are included:
Polaris Calculation Engine
Polaris is an entitled service and requires a separate subscription. If you do not have an active Polaris entitlement, it is provided as part of the Anaplan Subscription Agreement.
Anaplan Data Orchestrator
Anaplan Data Orchestrator (ADO) is an entitled service and requires a separate subscription. If you do not have an active ADO entitlement, it is provided as part of the Anaplan Subscription Agreement.
Workflow Standard
Workflow Standard is an entitled service and requires a separate subscription. If you do not have an active Workflow Standard entitlement, it is provided as part of the Anaplan Subscription Agreement.
