Workspace administrators can add data tags to model objects such as lists, list properties, modules, and line items.
Create any data tags you might need in Data Tags in the model settings bar.
- The process for adding data tags differs for each model object. Follow the procedures in the table below.
| Object | Instruction |
| Lists | Select General Lists in the model settings bar. Note: You cannot add data tags to list items. |
| List properties | Select General Lists in the model settings bar, open a list, then select Properties. |
| Modules | Select Modules in the model settings bar. |
| Line items | Select Modules , then select Line Items. |
- To add a data tag, select the ellipsis (...) in the Data Tags cell of each model object.
- Select a data tag from the list. Use
Shiftto select multiple data tags. - Select OK.
Note: To search for a data tag, select Search in Data Tags in the model settings bar.
