Comment frames enable you to display comments based on a grid within a report.
Comment frames are tied to an Excel range containing unique names. Typically, this approach is used to display either higher-level comments or to build a report directly on the comments users have entered.
Right-click on the comment frame to edit.
Under the Main settings tab, select which grid you want the comment frame from the Show comments from dropdown.
