You can create new schedules and manage existing ones through Anaplan XL Reporting. 

Select the Anaplan XL Ribbon > Publish to Web menu > Scheduling... ribbon item, then Connect to the web server. To create a new schedule:

  1. Select the Add button.
  2. Enter a name for the schedule and, optionally, a description that you can use later when editing the schedule.
  3. Supply a schedule for when you would like it to run.
  4. On the Reports to Send tab, add one or more reports. For each report, you can:
    • specify a set of web parameters to fill in 
    • choose whether to send the report as an attachment, send the file to a file share, or include a link
    • customize the filename
    • choose whether you want any generated files to be PDFs or Excel files
    • select the worksheets to include in the report.
  5. Enter who you would like to send the email to. 
  6. Specify how you would like the email to read.

Once created, you can manage the schedule by selecting it in the list and selecting the Edit button. You can also delete it by selecting the Delete button.
