Workspace administrators can use keywords to find tagged data in a model. Search results show model objects that match your search criteria.

For example, if you want to search for the Japan list item across multiple lists, add a data tag to each list that contains the list item. When you search for Japan, the results show all lists that include the list item and share the same data tag.

Add any data tags you might need to objects in your model.

To find tagged data:

  1. Select Data Tags in the Model settings bar.
  2. Select Find Tagged Data, then type a keyword in the Search For field.
    Your search is not case-sensitive.
  3. Choose the data tag that relates to your search in the Data Tag dropdown.
  4. Select Find.

The Data Tag Search Results dialog shows model objects that match your search criteria.

Note: Only list properties and line items with Text or List formats are included in your search results.

If your search results contain line items, you can right-click and select Filter to further refine your results.

If your search results include a list, you can add, delete, and reorder list items.
